There's a song that encourages listeners to "Blame Canada" and I do, when I'm interested in getting a Canadian friend's goat. Besides being well known for hockey, socialized health care and one of the awesomest shows on the Discovery Channel (How It's Made), our esteemed neighbo(u)r to the north apparently has too few Taco Bell restaurants. Before taking the job that moved me around the world, I had only been to Canada once, despite living in NE Ohio for most of my life. Since then, I have visited all of the Southern Provinces and I have spent quite a bit of time north of the Arctic Circle. Come with me in the pages below to explore America's Hat more in depth.
